Based on feedback from members and recent updates to R-Vision's Website, it appears that with the exception of Toy Haulers, R-Vision is dropping out of the Fifth Wheel Market.
This comes as a surprise to our membership considering that R-Vision had an appealing product that was also lightweight.
It should be interesting to see where this all leads for the company and maybe we will hear in the coming months what the ultimate driver was for this. High fuel prices could be one concern which would lead to dropping sales or movement over to Travel Trailers.
As more people move to smaller SUV's with better mileage as their daily driver, the market for ultra-lightweight trailers would be the growing segment of the market.
So far, inquiries to R-Vision have not be returned.
